Kawartha Lakes Art Print

As a child I had the luxury of spending summers in the Kawartha Lakes and it has always held a special place in my heart.

There is something so serene and special about winding down dockside in the thick of summer. Frogs and loons singing in the distance, the sun slowly dipping into the horizon, dancing on the lake. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to sit a little longer, take a deep breath, and enjoy being right where you are. This illustration is a little reminder of those simple moments that make cottage country feel like home.
